Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is free for Eponine customers. Customers returning items, unless faulty or damaged, will be liable to pay for all of all of the shipping costs, including delivery. Customers shopping in mainland UK are required to pay UK VAT at the current rate.  Customers shopping in the Rest Of World (RoW) locations, including the Channel Islands may be liable for customs duties and taxes. These duties and taxes are established by each local government and are a legal requirement. These charges are all payable by the customer. Please note that, if you refuse a package on delivery, you will be liable to cover all of the shipping costs. Orders received over the weekend will be processed on the next working day.

We aim to have your order delivered to you within 72 hours by fast parcel courrier. Please note that we aim to deliver orders to Northern Ireland on the second working day after order dispatch. Delivery to the Channel Islands will be treated as a RoW location and you may be liable for customs duties and taxes.

We aim to have your order delivered to you within a week by fast parcel courier, subject to customs clearance. Customs Duties and Taxes on deliveries in RoW are payable by the customer, not Eponine London. We ship all orders DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). Customs duties and taxes will be invoiced to you once the item has cleared customs, either prior to or after delivery depending on your location and you will be invoiced via the courier service. Some countries may require you to hire a broker. You, the customer, are liable for all charges. Customers in RoW locations who return their orders for a refund to Eponine London are responsible themselves for retrieving the charges for customs duties and taxes. Eponine Limited is unable to refund any customs fees or other duties. However, we may provide you with information relevant to request a refund.
